Bio

Nicole lives on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, where she was born and raised. I share my life with Mr. Handsome and our spotlight-stealing dog, Oscar. I took a deep breath and started a YouTube channel two years ago. I specialize in smart, creative modifications — from yarn substitutions and gauge cheats to style tweaks and full-blown design flips (hello, wrapovers!). You’ll find detailed but watchable tutorials, swatch-heavy reviews, color theory demystified, and a healthy dose of knitting real talk. Through the channel an amazing, supportive, and fun community has grown and I find myself with dozens of wonderful new friends.

In addition to knitting, Nicole enjoys sewing (she was a custom dressmaker/tailor), embroidery and needlework, needle felting, and she’ll soon be dipping her toes into yarn dyeing.
